Summer Camp Application

We’re excited to offer a FREE summer camp for students enrolled in our after-school programs in Sonoma County!

📍 Camp Details
  • Location: Taylor Mountain Elementary School

  • Address: 1210 E Bellevue Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407

  • Dates: June 22nd – 28th

  • Time:  Mon – Fri 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Sat 9:00 – 12:00

  • Final Performance & Celebration: Sebastopol Farmer’s Market, Sunday the 28th 10:00 – 1:00 

Space is limited — apply by April 15th!

⏰ Daily Schedule
  • Student Drop-Off & Sign-In: 8:40 – 8:55 AM

  • Pickup & Sign-Out: 3:00 PM (please be prompt)

  • What to Bring: A morning snack and a hearty lunch

 
🙋‍♀️ Volunteers Needed

Help us make this camp a success! We’re looking for volunteers for:

  • Morning sign-in

  • Afternoon sign-out

  • Daytime helpers

  • Performance setup (Sunday, July 20)

Let us know on the registration form if you’re available to help.

Summer camp is free to attend but Play Marimba! depends on donations from families like yours to cover our costs for running this program. 

  • Please consider the suggested donation of $200 per family.

  • If you can offer more, your generosity will help us keep this program available for everyone!
